"DO NOT ORDER HERE"
i ordered two 10kg dumbbells, the dumbbell says 10kg, to my surprise, when the order arrived, it was a silicone ball that weights NOTHING, its basically a scam

"Do not order from them!"
I contacted the company regarding a product that malfunctioned and cause burn damage to my personal property. They were very unhelpful, took no responsibility and blamed me. Avoid!!!!

"Poor customer service"
Bought some items online and had to pay a flat rate of £9 p&p. Items arrived broken and, while they did refund the broken items, they would not replace them. They said I would have to reorder and pay another £9 p&p!
Dreadful customer service.

"Horrendous online experience"
Horrendous online experience. Do not order from them. I made a big order for my son’s party and they charged import tax to deliver, which was not mentioned at any point when ordering and their site specifically says no extra taxes for orders. I have been emailing and trying to get through to them to dispute and have had no response.

"Awful customer service"
Ordered some Christmas presents on 25th November. Tracking says my parcel is in Poland still (20 Dec). Customer service is non existent. No reply to my email. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

"PLEASE AVOID"
PLEASE AVOID! ordered items over a whole month ago! FAKE TRACKING this parcel has been all around the world apart from its intended destination! From Poland to Malaysia and anywhere else the tracking chooses to show! Disgusting as these were children's Christmas presents! Not only will I not be ordering online I will boycott your high street stores and I will make it my business to spread the word about this sorry excuse of a company!

"extremely user-unfriendly"
new products are quickly sold out in the store and are no longer in stock in the store according to the staff. products are often still available on the webshop, but you can only pay there if you have a credit card. nowhere can you find how to contact customer service, they do not respond to emails and all telephone numbers that can be found are out of service

"Bought some earphones from the company…"
Bought some earphones from the company on they are one of the worst products I have ever bought. At first the earphones would not even fit into my ear but took half an hour to actually pair together. Once I finally managed to get them to stay in my ear as I tried playing my music one earphone kept losing power after charging for 24 hours as instructed in the instructions so when i turned it back on the earphones we’re playing out of sync. To top it all off every 5 minutes one of them will fall out of my ear.

"Placed an online order on 7th November…"
Placed an online order on 7th November with 10 day delivery- as of November 25th no sign of it- used to love this company- no idea why they use yodel as a courier as they are completely useless and have 0 customer service for when they repeatedly fail to deliver parcels- shame as I used to love shopping here but I never will again after this experience

"Online orders take forever, if they arrive at all."
Like others, I wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before I ordered. I placed an order on 14th November and, despite an email saying my order was on its way, nothing. I've just checked Skynet tracking and it says the order is still in Poland! Poland! Why? Flying Tiger proclaims its in Copenhagen so why is my order coming from Poland? I definitely would not have ordered if I'd known. This is not a good online experience and Flying Tiger should be ashamed of itself.
